By accessing or using Tideling, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

Tideling is a personal finance forecasting tool that allows you to create cashflow plans, add income and expenses, and project your future balance. Tideling is not a bank, financial advisor, or accounting service. The forecasts and information provided are for planning purposes only and should not be considered financial advice.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Tideling will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure.
• Use the service to store or transmit malicious code.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code or underlying architecture of the service.
• Copy, scrape, or systematically extract content or data from the service to build a competing or substantially similar product.

Subscriptions and Billing

Tideling offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into Tideling. We do not claim any rights to your financial plan data. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.

Disclaimer

Tideling is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any forecasts or projections. You are solely responsible for any financial decisions you make based on information from the service.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tideling shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the service. Continued use of Tideling after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
